My name is Sam.
I go by Savv on the Interwebz.

I love birds, horses and fish, Neopets, drawing and writing, video games, documentaries, Dragonair, purple/pink/blue things, winter, nighttime, beaches, baths, literature, all kinds of music, Code Red Mountain Dew, apples, George Carlin and Jack London.

I hate being around people too much, bright lights, neon colors, heat, religion, and the sun.

I try to find a silver lining for everything.
Seeing a person's face clearly (with my glasses on) is very unsettling to me.
I smile and ask how people's days are going, even if I don't know them.
I try to make everyone happy, even if I don't particularly like them.
I try to show kindness to everyone I meet.
I'm a sad person, but making other people happy makes me feel better.

I have a cockatiel named Pepper. He lives with two clingy budgerigars, Maui and Eskimo. They get along well.
I have two aquariums, one housing two juvenile oscars at the moment.
My family has two dogs: a chocolate lab named Mocha and a reindeer chihuahua who I named Husky.
The newest addition to my flock is named Cosmo; he is an umbrella cockatoo, and I am incredibly happy to have him.

I work at a pet store. There's an African Gray parrot named Mango who I wish was for sale. He's a lovely bird.
At my work, I'm known as "the fish girl". I take care of all the aquariums.
